The Program

The M-Club program for Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations at the Interdisciplinary Center at Herzliya was established four years ago, for students by students, with the support of the Dean of the School of Communications.

The purpose of the club is to provide the students with the tools and practical enrichment for those who aspire to develop in the worlds of marketing and advertising.

Last year, the program included 100 first and second degree students from all the schools on campus: communications, business administration, computer science, government, law and psychology.

Who Is It For?

This program is for all IDC students from all schools on campus. Our focus is on thinking, creative and talented students who have big dreams and can think out of the box. We welcome all students who have an affinity to the marketing field.

Program Overview

Students who pass the classification acceptance take part in the program throughout the academic year.

During the year, the students hear lectures, participate in the subsequent dialogues and workshops under the auspices of industry leaders. In addition, students are also given the opportunity to tour the leading companies in the field.

The highlight event of the program is the Markethon. It is a Hackathon for Marketing, in which groups of students compete and try to solve a brand marketing problem in a 12-hour event. The event is accompanied by representatives of a corporate brand, advertising agencies and staff of the School of Communications.

Last year the Markethon was around the “Sonol” brand, and the prize for first place was an 8,000 NIS scholarship to the winning team.
